Salary: €1,055 gross/month × 14 payments
Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day

Join an international team supporting customers of a leading automotive company. As a German-speaking Customer Support Agent, you will help customers with their inquiries, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, chat, and email.
Provide accurate information about automotive products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with the latest services, policies, and offers.
Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer support.
Requirements
Fluent German and good English communication skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
