Marketing Manager

Office Location: 119 Gamma Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15238  (In-Office 3 days per week)

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is seeking a dynamic, market-facing Field Marketing Manager to serve as the primary marketing partner within the region. This role is designed for a strategic and execution-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate enterprise initiatives into local impact.
The ideal candidate will work directly with the local Market President, sales leadership, and agents to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies, training, and execution. This individual will act as the connective tissue between corporate marketing and the field - ensuring alignment, consistency, and adoption of key programs while elevating the local market presence.
This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. The Field Marketing Manager will also serve as the go-to resource for marketing guidance, tools, and support within the region.

• Partner closely with the Market President and regional leadership to develop and execute localized marketing strategies that align with enterprise goals
• Assist in planning and executing market-specific initiatives, events, and campaigns that drive listings, brand awareness, and agent productivity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related questions from agents and leadership within the market

• Train agents and offices on marketing tools, platforms, and key company initiatives (e.g., listing strategies, digital tools, campaigns)
• Drive adoption of enterprise programs by simplifying and localizing messaging for the field
• Present marketing updates, campaigns, and best practices at office sales meetings and local leadership meetings

• Lead the creation of local social media content, with a focus on short-form video and market-relevant storytelling
• Manage and grow local social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement
• Identify opportunities to highlight agents, listings, and community presence through compelling content

• Execute corporate marketing campaigns at the local level, ensuring consistency with brand standards while tailoring for market relevance
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Provide quality control over marketing materials and initiatives within the region
• Act as a liaison between field teams and corporate marketing to streamline communication and execution

• Strong understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales in a performance-driven environment
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both large groups and individual agents
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of an organization
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for brand consistency and storytelling
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience in PowerPoint and Wrike a plus
• Experience with video creation and editing (highly preferred)
• Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management tools
• Familiarity with web, email, and content management systems is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a field marketing, regional, or client-facing role
• Real estate or service-based industry experience is a plus
• Experience in training, presenting, or supporting sales teams preferred
