Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase patient volume and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, medical practices, employers, case managers, attorneys, and community organizations.
- Coordinate and attend physician visits, networking events, health fairs, community outreach programs, and educational seminars.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, grand openings, provider introductions, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with providers and operational leaders to identify growth opportunities within each market.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, promotional items, newsletters, and referral packets.
- Monitor referral trends, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and organizational branding standards.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, printers, advertising agencies, and community partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or physician practice marketing.
- Experience in physician liaison, field marketing, business development, or healthcare outreach strongly preferred.
- Strong presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience coordinating events and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
- Experience marketing for multi-site physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, or specialty healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of referral development, healthcare regulations, and patient acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.
