Your role and responsibilities

This is an opportunity to lead from the front, champion continuous improvement, and be part of something bigger at our industry leading facility that manufactures products supporting critical industries around the globe.

You'll lead a talented production team balancing safety, quality, efficiency, and people leadership while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance. Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams, you'll play a crucial role in delivering results while developing the next generation of manufacturing talent.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join us and manage our afternoon shift.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Championing a strong safety-first culture, ensuring all team members go home safe every day
• Driving production execution to achieve volume, quality, and on-time delivery targets
• Identifying operational improvements and overseeing implementation of performance enhancements
• Resolving critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Leading, developing, and mentoring team members while ensuring proper staffing and performance management
• Building and maintaining engagement and accountability across shifts, fostering trust, inclusion, and open communication
• Leading change initiatives and supporting teams through continuous improvement and transformation
