Description
We are looking to hire a Finance & Accounting Officer who will handle the finance function for an HR Consulting Firm as soon as possible.
Below are the key areas of responsibility:
- General Finance: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (70% of workload)
- Ensure that financial records are always up-to-date in Xero, and paperwork is properly filed.
- Process the payroll and submit financial documents to regulatory bodies within specified timelines (VAT, SSNIT, IRS etc).
- Process vendor payments promptly, after proper documentation is submitted.
- Generate monthly Financial Reports to show the company’s cash flow status.
- Assist the GM in identifying financial trends, forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure that all accounts receivable and payable issues are resolved on time (prepare invoices and manage revenue collection from clients).

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in any Finance/Accounting Major. A Master's Degree is an advantage
- Full or at least part-qualification for the ACCA or ICA is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience working independently
- Experience and proficiency in XERO Accounting software is a major plus
- A valid driver's license with a clean record is a major plus
