Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this professional internship opportunity, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months, you will: Administrative Support: Provide support to HR Business Partners with administrative processes within the employee lifecycle; Administer HR-related matters (e.g., working time topics, contract management, reference letters) Process Improvement & Digitalization: Initiate process improvements and support the digitalization of HR processes Requirements Compliance:  Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies Communication & Collaboration:  Share and exchange information with all levels of management; Collaborate closely with HR counterparts across multiple locations Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You have a proactive personality and good communication skills, willing to actively support and cooperate with your team members. Besides, you are a fast learner, eager to develop your knowledge, and you have a strong customer orientation focus.
