The Role
At Bega Group, we're looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused Supply Planner to join our Chelsea site. You'll work closely with Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to create effective production plans, balance inventory, and ensure we deliver for our customers.
Our Chelsea Heights site is in Melbourne’s south-east, manufacturing a range of more than 44 milk, milk-based beverages and cream products. The site currently produces around 100 million litres of product every year!
Responsibilities
Develop and manage short and mid-term production schedules
Partner with key stakeholders to align supply plans and operational requirements
Monitor inventory levels and support product availability across sites and distribution centres
Analyse performance, identify issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support supply reviews, product launches, and planning activities
About you
Experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or a similar supply chain role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and operational processes
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building positive relationships
