Director of Client Services

Description

In addition to serving as the point of contact to assigned clients, resolving escalated issues from the Client Services team, and managing key client accounts, this position assists with recruitment, development, performance assessment, and discipline of the Client Services staff. Other duties include a focus on developing/maintaining strategic partnerships, providing customer support and technical assistance, and upselling. 

What You'll Do

• Manage key client accounts and service assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain client relationships via effective communication and timely problem resolution 
• Upsell PHS services to grow revenue and meet clients’ needs
• Collaborate with the Client Services team (Sr. Client Services Executives, Client Services Executives and National Account Managers) to ensure quality and timely deliverables aligned with client expectations
• Responsible for the coordination and presentation of all analysis requests, to include preparation for all client stewardship material
• Participate with internal PPO training meetings
• Communicate regularly with the Provider Contracting team to ensure provider nominations are contacted and contracted
• Travel up to 50% of the time as directed and approved by the EVP of Client Services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study from an accredited college or university is required 
• 10+ years of workers’ compensation, group health, and/or auto liability market experience is required
• Prior experience and a demonstrated working knowledge of Bill Review is required
• 7+ years of PPO or Specialty Network experience is preferred
