Description
We're looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Hong Kong, supporting critical FICC & Equity Derivatives trading applications.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide production/application support for front-office trading systems
- Monitor application health and investigate production issues
- Manage incidents, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Support system releases, deployments and configuration changes
- Work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, traders and business users
- Perform system health checks and support operational processes
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of application / production support experience
- Strong experience supporting securities or trading applications
- Good SQL skills
- Strong Linux/Unix command-line knowledge
- Experience with Python and Shell scripting
- Solid incident management and troubleshooting experience
- Front-office / capital markets environment experience
Strong advantage:
Experience with Calypso, TBricks or Imagine, as well as exposure to FICC, Equity Derivatives or HKEX trading environments.
