ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
The HR Administrator plays an important role within the Human Resources department, working closely with the HR team to provide essential administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing general HR administrative coverage, supporting recruitment and new-hire activities, maintaining employee records and departmental materials, assisting with company events and employee activities, and performing routine data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and other administrative functions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, dependability, and consistent adherence to confidentiality standards are essential for success in the HR Administrator role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide front desk and HR administrative coverage, including greeting and directing visitors, answering calls, receiving documents, and routing inquiries appropriately.
- Provide recruiting support, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruiting records and materials.
- Support new-hire administration by preparing onboarding materials, collecting required documentation, coordinating schedules, and routing materials for review and processing.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical HR files, including filing, scanning, and retrieving documents.
- Perform routine data entry and administrative updates within HR systems as assigned and ensure supporting documentation is complete and properly maintained.
- Assist with the administrative coordination of company events, employee activities, recognition initiatives, meetings, training sessions, and other employee programs.
- Assist with maintaining adequate supplies of employee forms, new-hire materials, benefit materials, policies, handbooks, and other HR resources.
- Provide additional administrative support as assigned.

- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE COMPUTER SKILLS
- High school diploma required; Associate degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of related education and/or administrative experience.
- Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
