Main Responsibilities

Senior Lead Process Engineer:

Responsible for process and equipment (early FEL phase) engineering in investment projects from concept development to commissioning.

In charge for all master documents of process engineering.

Development of scope and quantities for the preparation of the cost estimate and the schedule.

Definition of technical standards for project-specific requirements.

Supervision of all assigned process engineers and coordination of other disciplines in the project.

In charge of the fulfillment of the project objectives in terms of safety, quality, costs and timeline for his area of responsibility.

Application of up-to-date expertise and best practices in the relevant discipline.

Independent development of technical solutions in a complex project environment.

Engineering Manager/Project Manager:

-Management of an investment project.

-Definition of project targets and timeline together with the owner.

-Development of the project execution strategy.

-Supervision of all team members through all project phases to commissioning.

-Representation of the project to steering committee and stakeholders.

Qualifications

University degree in engineering (Master or Bachelor), preferably specialization/ focus on process engineering/ chemical engineering.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to deal with uncertainties and conflicts.

Excellent leadership skills, ability to represent the project issues to internal and external stakeholders.

Broad expertise in basic process operations, has up-to-date knowledge of the relevant internal and external rules and regulations.

Spoken and written Chinese and English, is able to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing.

Several years of professional experience in the execution of XL and above projects (> 10 years).

Willingness for business trips and regional/global assignment, is able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Exhibits considerable interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
