JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (50%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessment coordination.
- Facilitate offer preparation, salary proposals, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
2. HR Operations (40%)
- Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
- Manage labor contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documents.
- Support HR policies implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and HR programs.
- Support HR audits and maintain HR data integrity within HR systems.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Prepare regular HR reports and workforce analytics.
3. Payroll Support (10%)
- Coordinate monthly payroll data collection, review, and submission.
- Verify attendance, leave records, allowances, and payroll-related data.
- Partner with payroll team to ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.
- Support statutory compliance related to social insurance, personal income tax, and labor regulations.
- Assist in payroll reconciliation and employee payroll inquiries.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- At least 4 years of experience in HR general, in factory is preferred.
- Have experience in HR operations works with knowledge on payroll as a bonus
- Good at English communication
- Customer-oriented, well arranged, attention to Detail
