Description
Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead. You'll play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering activities across the Africa region, providing financial insight that supports strategic decision making and business performance.

What you’ll do as an FP&A Lead:
Support the Africa region, providing financial insight and performance analysis.
Support annual budgeting, five-year planning, quarterly forecasting, and month-end close activities.
Assist with regional and group financial consolidations including SAF monitoring /compliance.
Support in resolving issues related to outsourced service providers
Produce weekly flash reporting and support EPR/QPR reporting requirements.
Manage the Africa balance sheet forecasting and working capital monitoring.
Assess bad debt risk and work closely with commercial teams to minimise exposure.
Partner with sales teams to monitor pipeline performance and associated financial risks.
Business partner with project, commercial, and regional leadership teams.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project financial risks.
You are:
Experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis or Commercial Finance role.
Proven experience administering the P&L & BS end-to-end.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
Previous consolidation experience within a multi-entity business.
Project finance or project accounting experience.
Ability to identify financial risks and provide practical solutions.
Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
Experience working within a large international organisation, diverse culture, and across time zones.
