With operations in markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China, the company combines regional scale with strong local expertise to deliver integrated solutions including vendor-managed inventory, digital procurement, safety audits, and on-site services.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who will lead the account management for existing accounts assigned.
The Challenges
- Drive revenue and margin growth within customer accounts by meeting and exceeding business measures, including EBIT and working capital.
- Develop and implement Key Account Management Plans that improve both short-term and long-term financial performance.
- Oversee and monitor customer service agreements to ensure all contractual KPIs (such as cost savings obligations) are achieved or exceeded.
- Manage smooth daily operations, including updated pricing structures for assigned customer accounts.
- Monitor programs, analyze data and trends, and conduct regular performance and business reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify and secure new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the organizations brand reputation.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales policies and procedures.
What It Takes
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in key account management, delivering exceptional supply chain consultation and customer service.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex problems.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to foster effective cross-team partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
