At Brenntag Specialties, we connect leading polymer manufacturers with industrial customers across Benelux and France. As Product Manager Polymers Benelux, you will drive growth, build strategic supplier partnerships, and develop a high-value specialty polymers portfolio.
You combine technical understanding with commercial drive and know how to turn market opportunities into profitable growth.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute portfolio strategy for Polymers in the Benelux region
- Negotiate supplier agreements and manage pricing strategy
- Identify new product and market opportunities
- Support Sales with technical and commercial expertise
- Drive new product introductions and portfolio expansion
- Act as the key link between suppliers, sales, and customers
Your Profile
- Master’s degree (Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or similar)
- 3–5 years’ experience in polymers, chemicals or distribution
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
- Fluent in English & French; Dutch is a plus

Votre Impact
- Déployer la stratégie portefeuille Polymères sur la région Benelux
- Négocier les accords fournisseurs et piloter la stratégie tarifaire
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités produits et marchés
- Apporter un support technique et commercial aux équipes Sales
- Développer et élargir le portefeuille produits
- Être l’interface clé entre fournisseurs, sales et clients
Votre Profil
- Diplôme universitaire (Chimie, Science des matériaux, Ingénierie ou équivalent)
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en polymères, chimie ou distribution
- Fort esprit commercial et analytique
- Anglais & français courant ; le néerlandais est un atout
