Overview
Join LRP Media Group as an Inside Sales Representative and own the full sales cycle. Using a consultative approach, you will build lasting relationships with new and existing customers while connecting school districts and federal agencies with state-of-the-art web-based products.
You will receive a competitive base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commissions, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your success.
This hybrid position requires one day per week in the office for meetings, training, and departmental collaboration. During the first two weeks, new hires must work in the office for initial training.
Responsibilities
- Daily outbound telephone interaction with our database of customers and prospects through initial and follow-up calls to generate new sales.
- Develop relationships in an assigned territory to promote products that fit the needs of the customers
- Deliver product presentations in a professional and effective manner
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM) and other pipeline tracking reports (Excel)
Position Requirements
- Experience as a sales professional in an outbound B2B environment with a proven track record of results and achieving goals
- Ability to work the set schedule of one day a week in the Dresher, PA office and in-office training.
- Ability to occasionally travel domestically to customers and trade shows
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
