YOUR NEW ROLE AS A SYSTEMS INTEGRATION MANAGER

The Systems Integration Manager will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours, collaborating with colleagues and clients in person.

As a Systems Integration Manager, you will conduct technical discovery sessions with third-party vendors to understand their technology and design integration workflows that support the company's business needs. You will be responsible for configuring and developing integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools to connect AllianceHCM with external platforms. Managing the full lifecycle of integration projects, you will oversee initial scoping, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. You will also serve as the primary technical liaison between client IT teams and AllianceHCM's internal engineering and product departments, ensuring that complex technical issues are resolved efficiently and projects progress as planned.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, API Keys)
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and professionally
• Experience in troubleshooting data synchronization issues and mapping complex logic between disparate systems
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority integration projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
• Experience working closely with software developers, QA engineers, and customer success teams

Preferred:

• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to analyze and validate large datasets
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, or Boomi)
• Experience or knowledge with Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll systems, or benefits administration technology
• Experience managing legacy integration methods like SFTP and fixed-width/CSV file transfers
• Experience connecting platforms with Salesforce via API or native connectors
