Technical Analyst

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Technical Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be part of the IT Content & Communication Technologies department, providing transversal digital services to support various business lines in managing incoming and outgoing document flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate content such as documents and emails.
• Distribute this content to clients and partners via electronic communication or paper.
• Archive, classify, and make available both incoming and outgoing communications.
• Orchestrate processes through automation.
• Test, monitor, and support our services.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Analytical and pragmatic thinking with an understanding of the broader context and impact of solutions.
• Comfortable in a complex IT environment, willing to delve into existing systems and structured processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, taking ownership and collaborating effectively with functional analysts, developers, and operational teams.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in creating technical analyses (design documents, diagrams - UML, process descriptions).
• Knowledge of .NET & (no)SQL is a must, with familiarity in design patterns, system integration, software engineering, and data monitoring. Knowledge of domain-driven design, containers, and cloud computing (Microsoft Azure) is a plus, with a willingness to invest in learning these areas being essential. Some knowledge of Angular is advantageous.
• Attention to quality, ensuring unit testing, non-regression, technical documentation, and solutions that are stable, maintainable, and scalable.
• Clear and proactive communication, making technical topics understandable and discussing risks, dependencies, and potential impacts in a timely manner.

Job Objectives:

• Act as a bridge between architects and developers, designing efficient technical solutions and applications based on technical and functional requirements in line with client standards.
• Build detailed knowledge of the technical assets used across multiple applications in various business domains, mastering standards and integrations.
• Understand the bigger picture and how different systems integrate with each other.
• Ensure the long-term quality of applications and platforms within your domain and systematically evaluate them.
• Prepare and execute necessary test cases, determining required regression tests for applications and communicating them efficiently.
• Serve as the point of contact for technical aspects for the project leader and IT management team, proactively communicating any issues, adjustments, or delays.
