Hemro Group is a leading global manufacturer of professional coffee grinding solutions. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in Thailand to strengthen our presence and drive sustainable growth across the local coffee industry.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key accounts, and building long-term partnerships with coffee equipment dealers, distributors, roasters, and other industry partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve annual commercial targets.
- Manage, retain, and grow existing customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies.
- Support product launches and local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales training.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
- Work closely with regional and global teams throughout the sales process.
Your profile
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience within the coffee industry, ideally with a coffee equipment dealer, manufacturer, distributor, roaster, or related business.
- Strong understanding of the local coffee market and industry network.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and self-driven.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.
- Genuine passion for coffee, technology, and innovation.
