Engineering Professional - Aerospace

We are looking for an **Engineering Professional** with **fluent German (mandatory) and good English** to join our team in **Augsburg, Germany**, supporting customer coordination and engineering projects in the aerospace/tool engineering environment.

## Tasks

Act as the **local interface between Airbus Tool Engineering/Production teams and our offshore engineering team**.Coordinate customer requirements, meetings, follow-ups, and project activities.Understand, clarify, and communicate **technical requirements** between customer and engineering teams.Track open topics, actions, and deliverables to ensure timely closure.Participate in customer/project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions. Support resolution of technical and project coordination issues.

## Requirements

Degree in **Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering**, or a related discipline.**Fluent German** and **good English** – mandatory.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Good technical understanding and organizational skills.Experience in **aerospace, Airbus, tool engineering, manufacturing, or production engineering** is an advantage.Experience working with **offshore/distributed engineering teams** is a plus.
