JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

Our ideal candidate;

• Work closely with Finance manager and improve a process finance data. 
• There is a lot of manual and hands-on work and manage overall daily job including monthly and annual closing with other finance team
• At least five years of professional accounting experience with a track & record for providing accurate and efficient work
• Familiar with managing the many transactions and data in previous job.
• Independent and ability to solving issues
• We are small team to corporate each other
• Good communication skills with other Departments

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Overall Accounting with another team

AP, Expense Reports, Treasury, Intercompany, Inventory, Fixed Assets and others

• SAP entry for Vendor invoices
• Concur Expense Reports Processing
• SAP bank wire transfer preparation
• Clearing of AP Transactions (incl. Corporate Card) by SAP
• Support New vendor request form created by departments
• Manage Fixed Assets
• Monitoring of Inventory
• GL and assist month-end and year-end close processes
• Communicate /Train to store staff & other departments for Finance matters

• Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents
  • Analyze financial reports
  • Maintain account balances reconciliation and bank statements
  • Manage general ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes
  • Manage and maintain basic master files
• Assist with audits and taxes
• Ad hoc projects and reports
  • SAP S4, Concur, OpenText, others
  • Improve current work process and procedure.
• Any other related finance or administration tasks.  

To Land This Role:

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Accounting, Finance work experience with Japanese Bookkeeping level 2 certification
• Minimum 5 years working in international environment with English base accounting
• Must have SAP experience
• Microsoft office Excel (familiar with vlookup, pivot, sumif and others)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Business English communicating.
• Team player
• Good sense of numbers with reasonable speed
• Self-motivator with positive manner
• Well-Organize
• Retail experience a plus
