Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing new business and servicing existing personal lines policies. If you hold a life insurance license, there is an additional opportunity to sell life insurance and earn extra commission.

Responsibilities
- Write new personal lines insurance policies to meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients by managing and maintaining their personal lines policies.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products, including life insurance (if licensed).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of policy writing and servicing.
- Active insurance license for personal lines; a life insurance license is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
