Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. As a Personal Lines Producer, will focus on selling standard personal lines insurance accounts, leveraging your sales expertise to develop new business opportunities.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
• Commission: 40% on new business only
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business from scratch, focusing on personal lines insurance accounts ranging from $1,000 to $15,000 in size.
• Actively engage in referral calls, networking events, and business/chamber meetings to generate leads and build relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless quoting and onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service to foster long-term client relationships.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferred; prior insurance experience is not required as training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills. A self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives in a sales-driven environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
• Work Environment: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Must be available for networking and business meetings as required.
