Facility Coordinator- JLL
What this job involves:
As a Facility Coordinator at JLL, you'll serve as the operational backbone for a distributed retail portfolio, combining systems administration expertise with hands-on facilities coordination. You'll manage our maintenance management system (Corrigo), oversee work order processes from creation through completion, and coordinate seamlessly with maintenance technicians and third-party vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery. What your day-to-day will look like:
• Administer the Corrigo maintenance management system, creating and managing work orders, clearing flags, and ensuring data accuracy and continuity throughout the work order lifecycle
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventative, recurring, and frequency-based maintenance activities using industry and client best practices
• Oversee daily work order review and follow-up, partnering with maintenance technicians and third-party vendors to ensure timely completion and excellent customer experience
• Monitor KPI and SLA compliance, proactively identifying service delivery improvements and cost-saving opportunities in partnership with the facility management team
• Develop and produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports on work order activity, scheduled maintenance, service level compliance, labor, projects, and incidents
• Cultivate positive working relationships with client representatives and service providers, responding promptly to inquiries with professionalism and a spirit of hospitality
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays to address emergency calls from retail locations and technicians
Required qualifications:
• 3-4+ years of experience in facilities management with proven expertise in CMMS and work order application management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to customize administrative reports and manage complex data sets
• Superior customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional experiences under pressure
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with capacity to work independently without direct supervision
• Willingness and availability to participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency response
• Physical ability to conduct site visits and facility inspections as needed, including walking, standing, and navigating various property environments
Preferred qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Specific experience with Corrigo work order management system
• Background supporting distributed retail or multi-site portfolio operations
• Experience developing KPI dashboards and operational performance reports
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and vendor management best practices
Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

Estimated compensation for this position:
50,300.00 – 50,300.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
