Description
We are looking for an Danish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international customer support project based in Portugal.
This is a Customer Service role where you will support customers in Danish and English, assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in Danish and English.
- Assist customers with inquiries and service-related questions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Recognize potential business opportunities and suggest additional services when relevant.
- Use digital tools and platforms effectively to manage customer interactions.
- Handle challenging situations professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
- Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience throughout each interaction.
Requirements
- Fluent Danish language skills.
- Good level of English.
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and customer engagement skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to identify customer needs and potential business opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Availability to work remotely from Portugal.
Working Schedule
- Working hours between 08:00 and 17:00.
Compensation & Benefits
- Minimum monthly gross salary: €1,400.
- Welcome bonus available, paid in monthly instalments during the first year of employment.
- Relocation support is available for eligible candidates moving from outside Portugal.
- Shared accommodation support may be available as part of the relocation package.
- Flight tickets are not included in the relocation package.
