Job Details:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Brazil. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to the HR function while supporting key initiatives that enhance the employee experience and contribute to our business success.

Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you will develop a strong generalist foundation by collaborating across multiple HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Benefits, HR Administration, and Employee Experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As an HR Intern, you will support a variety of activities across the employee lifecycle, including:

• Assisting with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and candidate communications.
• Supporting learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and logistics.
• Helping organize employee engagement, wellbeing, and Quality of Life initiatives.
• Supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs and events.
• Assisting with benefits administration and employee documentation.
• Maintaining HR records and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Supporting the preparation and monitoring of HR metrics and reports.
• Collaborating with the HR team on continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Currently in the 2nd to 5th semester of an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Intermediate English is desirable.
