Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions that can enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing relevant information through research is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist in validating solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and data.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Experience in modeling and designing business processes and systems.
- Capability to evaluate and recommend technology integration strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
