Your work will directly impact portfolio performance, borrower experience, and the timely resolution of loan-related issues.
Key Responsibilities

- Track upcoming loan maturities and coordinate borrower outreach for extensions, payoffs, and refinancing.
- Serve as a primary contact for borrower questions related to draws, servicing, extensions, insurance, and loan status.
- Coordinate with third-party servicers on payment processing, payoff requests, reporting, and servicing activities.
- Track insurance certificates, tax documentation, and other compliance requirements to ensure they remain current.
- Maintain accurate loan records in internal systems, identify at-risk loans, and support asset management reporting and process improvement initiatives.
