Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join the leadership team across Pavyllon London and Bar Antoine, Chef Yannick Alléno's acclaimed restaurant and bar concepts.

Pavyllon London is the British expression of Chef Yannick Alléno's modern French cuisine, earning Michelin recognition through its combination of technical excellence, creativity, and engaging hospitality.

Alongside the restaurant, Bar Antoine offers a lively and sophisticated environment inspired by the great bars of Paris, showcasing exceptional cocktails, premium spirits, curated wines, and elevated bar dining.

The role

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the bar operation, supporting the Director of Restaurants in driving service excellence, team development, and commercial performance.

You will lead by example on the floor, coaching and developing the team while ensuring every guest receives a memorable and personalised experience. This role requires a strong operational leader with a passion for beverages, people development, and luxury hospitality.

What you will do

• Support the day to day management of Bar Antoine and beverage service within Pavyllon London
• Lead, coach, and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards
• Build genuine guest relationships and create memorable experiences
• Drive beverage knowledge, upselling, and commercial performance across the operation
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism are maintained
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service
• Manage stock control, ordering, inventory, and cost management processes
• Support the development of cocktail, wine, and beverage programmes
• Uphold Four Seasons standards while contributing to a positive and engaging team culture

What we are looking for

• Previous leadership experience within a luxury bar, restaurant, or hotel environment
• Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium service
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Commercial awareness and understanding of beverage profitability
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced luxury environment
• Good spoken and written English
• Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

• Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
• Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
• Predominantly evening and weekend operations
