Senior Developer (Salesforce, Oracle DB)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Hybrid Setup; 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and related platform technologies to support CRM, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and customer entitlement processes.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce, Oracle Database, and other enterprise applications, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange.
• Deliver end-to-end software solutions following the SDLC, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, System Analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development and CI/CD practices, while maintaining technical documentation and contributing to continuous improvement of applications and development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce application development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and preferably Lightning Web Components (LWC), with experience developing Service Cloud solutions.
• Solid working knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and REST API development/integration.
• Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments, with familiarity in tools such as Azure DevOps, version control, and Salesforce deployment practices; strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
