Property Executive – Prestwich | £23,000-£28,000 per annum DOE + Bonus
Looking for an engaging, varied role in property?
We’re hiring a Property Executive to join our well-established client in Prestwich, supporting both sales progression and property management.
You will receive:
- £23,000-£28,000 per annum depending on experience
- A generous commission structure
- 28 days annual leave
Key responsibilities:
- Drive agreed sales through to completion by liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and agents.
- Act as the main contact for tenants, log maintenance inquiries, and assist the Lettings Manager.
- Schedule routine repairs and compliance checks (Gas Safety, Electricals) with local contractors.
- Launch and update listings across portals like Rightmove & OnTheMarket.
- Qualify leads, handle inbound inquiries, and book viewings and valuations.
What you will need:
- 1–2 years’ experience in an estate agency or property management environment.
- Strong organisation, excellent communication under pressure, and experience with property databases.
- Valid UK driving licence (required for local property visits).
