The Trade Specialist plays an integral role in customer and vendor support to a specific client base. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining client and associate relationships, while serving as a specific trade related SME for complex issues and queries, proactively resolving their daily challenges.
We are looking to fill 3 shifts:
Sun–Thu 7a–4p (Arizona time)
Tue–Sat 9a–6p (Arizona time)
Tue–Sat 11a–8p (Arizona time)
This is a remote position that must live near the Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office.
