Sales Application Engineer - Antivibration Technology (all genders)

For this position we are looking for a candidate who is located in France and is willing to frequently travel to Spain.

YOUR MISSION

• Drive new business acquisition by identifying and developing target customers aligned with the Group's Antivibration Technology strategy. 
• Manage the entire sales process, from opportunity identification and technical consultation to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure. 
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs and key industrial customers, continuously expanding business opportunities and market share. 
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer industries, applications, products, and business challenges to deliver value-added solutions. 
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM, Lead Hub, and structured hunting activities, ensuring transparency and sustainable growth. 
• Collaborate closely with Internal Sales, Product Application Engineers, Senior Engineers, and international stakeholders to deliver the best customer solutions.  

YOUR PROFILE 

• Technical education or engineering degree combined with commercial and sales training. 
• You have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with technical products, ideally in industrial manufacturing, industrial components, or engineered solutions. 
• Experience in solution selling, project management, and managing complex technical sales cycles. 
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. 
• Good technical and commercial understanding, combined with a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. 
• Fluent in French and English; additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus.
