Fan Milk PLC is looking for a commercially strong leader capable of managing complex multi-country projects to join the business as a Commercial Excellence Manager. You will be responsible for elevating commercial performance, sales effectiveness, sales execution, and RTM implementation across all West Africa markets where Fan Milk has presence. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Director - West Africa.
The position is a permanent position based in Accra, GHANA.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive commercial experience, with at least 3-5 years in a sales excellence, commercial effectiveness, sales capability or regional commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-country or regional commercial projects with cross-functional stakeholders in West Africa or similar emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of West Africa's trade structures, informal retail dynamics, distributor-led business models, and multi-market commercial complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in route-to-market strategy design and distributor management across diverse trade channels.
- Proficiency in SFA, CRM, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, or equivalent platforms).
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, financial services, or related sectors operating across multiple markets.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in French is an added advantage
