Description
This is a full-time hourly position located in the Midland, Texas Hiring Center. The position is fully onsite; remote work is not available. The scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new hires throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Monitor onboarding workflows and ensure completion of all required documentation, including physical questionnaires.
- Assist applicants with completing onboarding requirements and employment paperwork.
- Review employment eligibility documents and process E-Verify requirements in compliance with federal regulations.
- Provide general administrative support, including HR phone line, data entry, tracking information, and addressing walk-ins.
- Maintain employee records and filing systems within SharePoint while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Assist the Human Resources team with the administration of HR policies, programs, and processes.
- Provide administrative support to managers and HR-related projects as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or relevant degree program is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a professional office environment required.
- Previous Human Resources experience, preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, preferred.
- Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling employee information and company records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exercises sound judgment and demonstrate strong organizational skills, and initiative.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic HR environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working with others or independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, managers, applicants, and other stakeholders.
- Presents a professional, positive, and customer-focused image to both internal and external customers.
