Group Summary:

- podílí se na náboru a výběru zaměstnanců dělnických profesí

- vede pracovně-právní agendu zaměstnanců

- vede evidenci a stará se o distribuci Popisů pracovních funkcí všem zaměstnancům

- vede agendu spojenou s poskytováním ochranných pomůcek, vede agendu související s preventivní zdravotní péčí

- objednává OOPP, zadává do systému SAP Banfy na tyto objednávky

- koordinuje činnosti BOZP a PO, sleduje lhůty školení ze zákona

- organizačně zajišťuje externí a interní školení dle plánu vzdělávání a vede evidenci proběhlých školení

- spolupracuje s manažerem příslušného odd. při vysílání pracovníka na služební cestu a v případě potřeby zařizuje cestovní pojištění

- sleduje životní a pracovní jubilea

- distribuuje interní sdělení, časopisy

- ukládá a aktualizuje data v systému SAP

- vede evidenci o zapůjčení služebního telefonu

- vede evidenci o personálních nákladech

- dbá na dodržování předpisů o bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví, předpisů PO a ochrany životního prostředí

- vykonává další práce dle požadavků nadřízeného
