Description
- Coordinating and monitoring the Homebound Immunization Program, including coordination of GHR nurse, when needed
- Creating and maintaining Homebound tracking system to use as advising tool
- Maintaining the EzEMRx System and Acuity, i.e., adding /disabling users, training, troubleshooting, and liaising with Helpdesk
- Assisting with creating and maintaining EMR policies and procedures
- Scheduling clinic appointments, as needed
- Entering PA SIIS forms
- Other duties as required
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Two (2) years of clerical experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency with computer processes and programs, i.e., MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- A clear understanding of basic management principles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with a wide range of persons
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
- Ability to follow protocol, procedures, and established guidelines
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances and needs
- A strong work ethic and ability to manage a demanding and changing workload

- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, utilize a keyboard, sit, bend at the waist, and talk or hear. Occasionally, the employee will need to reach or work with arms above shoulder height, kneel, stoop, drive, crouch or squat, crawl, drive, climb stairs, twist or rotate at the waist while working; push, lift or carry items.
