Job Duties:

• Promote a safe and secure environment within the School;

• Safeguard the health of students, staff and property within School;

• Adhere to the School’s standard operating procedures when carrying out their duties;

• Deploy Campus Security Officers to their assigned posts based on the monthly and daily duty rosters;

• Carry out continuous remote surveillance through Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System (e.g. any trespass) and other surveillance equipment, including access control system for all areas during his/her shift;

• Oversee, supervise and monitor performance of duty Campus Security Officers, and provide corrective guidance as necessary;

• Ensure that discipline standards of Campus Security Officers are maintained;

• Be responsible for routine security deployment and immediate incident response;

• Report to Facility Officer on daily activities;

• Fill in Security log for his/her shift and to brief Campus Security Supervisor of next shift on any issue raised to ensure provision of security service at the School is smooth;

• Prepare and promulgate monthly and daily duty rosters, assigning specific duties to each member of the Security team;

• Conduct fire/emergency drills and rehearsals;

• Check and maintain inventory of portable fire-fighting equipment;

• Provide training and distribute special uniform and equipment/devices to Campus

• Security Officers;

• Implement policies, guidelines, disciplines and procedures to safeguard safety;

• Manage overall vehicular and passenger traffic flow and coordinate closely with transportation service provider during his/her shift;

• Coordinate closely with catering service provider on daily goods delivery;

Requirements:

• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS training certificate

• Honest, Reliable, and Responsible

• Able to work independently

• Good customer service awareness

• Good Command of spoken and reading in Chinese (including Cantonese)

• Relevant working experience in security or property management field is an advantage

On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China
