What this job involves:
Ensure the safety and security of the property.
Provide customer service to users and guests.
Traffic control and may need to work outdoor.
Monitoring the security and other building management system such as CCTV and perform patrol duties
Handling day-to-day security/facilities management issues and any other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese,
Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit, Quality Assurance System Compliance Certificate and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
