Performance Manager | E-commerce

Job Description:

We are looking for a Performance Manager with strong e-commerce experience to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven digital media campaigns.

Working closely with the Media Director, the Performance Manager will develop full-funnel strategies that connect media investment to measurable commercial outcomes, including online revenue, customer acquisition, ROAS, and conversion growth. The role requires a strong combination of strategic media planning, hands-on platform expertise, analytical thinking, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Media Planning

• Work with the media director and develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Lead media planning, budget allocation, forecasting, and channel mix.
• Build full-funnel strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Identify opportunities across audiences, platforms, creatives, and campaigns.
• Stay updated on new media platforms, products, and industry trends.

Campaign Management & Performance

• Oversee campaign setup, execution, optimization, and performance.
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Programmatic, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, revenue, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPM, reach, and frequency.
• Identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies.
• Ensure effective budget pacing and media efficiency.

Client Management

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Lead performance reviews, status meetings, and planning discussions.
• Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Proactively identify business challenges and provide solutions.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, expectations, and escalations.

Reporting & Analytics

• Lead weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reporting.
• Analyze performance across platforms, audiences, creatives, and products.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and analytics.
• Support measurement, attribution, and tracking initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Manage, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level team members.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of key outputs.
• Review team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Drive accountability, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Act as the escalation point for campaign and operational challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with analytics, trading, and finance teams.
  Manage & initiate invoicing operations on VD
• Work with platform partners to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple campaigns, markets, and stakeholders.
• Support new business pitches, strategic proposals, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a media, advertising, or digital agency.
• Proven experience managing performance campaigns for e-commerce brands or online retailers.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant performance platforms.
• Experience with Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, dynamic product ads, product catalogues, and product feeds.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel media planning and e-commerce metrics, including ROAS, revenue, CPA, CAC, and conversion rate.
• Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, client-management, presentation, and team-leadership skills.
