Your missions
Training
- Design, prepare, deliver and update theoretical and practical technical training courses in the aeronautical field, according to operational needs.
- Develop and update training content and teaching materials based on identified needs and the different skill levels of participants.
- Transfer the technical knowledge and know-how required to perform aeronautical activities.
- Organise and monitor participants’ progress, assess learning outcomes and propose areas for improvement.
- Support participants in developing their skills and ensure appropriate follow-up in line with training objectives.
Equipment and workshop management
- Ensure that the training center and workshops are clean, tidy and in good condition.
- Check the availability of equipment and consumables required for training activities and place orders if necessary.
- Immediately report any anomaly, safety issue or shortage of equipment to management.
Health and safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules in workshops and training areas.
- Ensure that participants wear the required personal protective equipment.
- Report any incident or accident to management without delay.
Administrative management and organisation
- Keep attendance sheets and training follow-up documents up to date.
- Participate in the preparation and updating of training schedules.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up required for the proper running of training activities.
- Secure the smooth implementation of training schedules
- Prepare a detailed weekly report to be validated with the line manager, and actively participate in the preparation and coordination of the monthly pedagogical committee.
Your profile
- Technical training in the aeronautical field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the trade and/or experience as a team leader.
- Good command of technical and teaching practices.
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy and autonomy.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to transfer knowledge and support participants.
- Strong awareness of safety, quality and cleanliness requirements.
- Fluency in German, French and English.
- Availability to travel regularly to Toulouse.
