Description
Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Academic Success to help create an organized, welcoming, student-centered experience! The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, operational, and program support while serving as a key point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate student appointments, schedules, communications, referrals, and front office operations.
- Support Academic Success programs, peer tutoring, departmental projects, meetings, travel, and hiring activities.
- Maintain confidential records and accurate data in Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, and institutional systems.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and training resources.
- Manage supplies, room reservations, purchasing, invoices, reimbursements, and follow-up items.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Two to five years of administrative experience.
- Strong organization, scheduling, prioritization, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and OneNote.
- Sound judgment, integrity, discretion, and the ability to safeguard confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain accuracy while managing multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting a department, program, or team.
- Higher education or medical education experience.
- Smartsheet experience.

Pay & Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 commensurate with experience and education
- All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and verification of applicable credentials and licensure.
