About the Job
Manage and grow strategic healthcare customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, profitability, and long-term partnership growth.
Operate as the primary point of contact for key customers and stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, requirements, and business objectives.
Build trusted advisory relationships with customers and internal partners, acting as a strategic partner to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute account growth plans, including medium-term and annual strategies, business reviews, customer development plans, and solution upselling opportunities.
Lead regular customer review meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly), ensuring KPI performance, action plans, service improvements, and future opportunities are effectively managed.
Manage key account operations by coordinating cross-functional teams and leading operational action plans to ensure agreed objectives are delivered within timelines.
Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to support successful customer implementations and resolve contractual or business challenges.
Lead new business development across the IMEA region and manage the end-to-end commercial process, including RFIs, RFQs, solution design, pricing, and proposal submissions.
Drive expansion of existing UAE healthcare customers into IMEA markets (Saudi Arabia, India, South Africa, and Egypt) across contract logistics, air, sea, and road solutions.
Collaborate with regional and global healthcare commercial and product teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored logistics solutions.
Identify customer pain points and develop innovative solutions, services, and concepts that create additional value.
Execute pricing strategies for new and existing accounts while supporting revenue growth and commercial objectives.
Collaborate with regional and global commercial, product, operations, customer service, quality, and project teams to deliver high-quality healthcare logistics solutions.
Manage customer contracts, tariff renewals, pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with commercial policies and governance standards.
Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop business cases for new services and market expansion.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic networking opportunities.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, profitability targets, and overall commercial performance.
About You
Minimum 10 years of Work experience within Healthcare supply chain where 5 years in Senior leadership role.
Experience in Healthcare business development, direct contact with customer, 3PL contract logistics experience is essential.
Proven success record in customer acquisition, Complex solution sell (warehousing and freight forwarding) and stakeholder management supply chain needs.
Excellent commercial, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
