We are delighted to be working with this fast growing Bathroom & Tile brand as they open yet another brand new showroom - this time in Bristol!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales focused individual to join the team as Showroom Manager, utilising their experience within a fast-paced retail space to drive customer interaction, achieve sales targets and spear head an environment that is positive and full of vibrant energy.
As our Showroom Manager you will:
Oversee the day to day running of the showroom, including managing a small team
Ensure your showroom meets its agreed sales targets, using your initiative to ensure commercial success
Create an environment customers enjoy coming to - full of passion, personality and with a positive approach to their projects
Our ideal Showroom Manager candidate will have:
Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment with strong customer service focus providing unrivalled interactions from initial enquiry to completed sale
A strong sales drive, and a hunger to meet and exceed set targets
Passion, energy and a positive approach - you will enjoy finding out more about customers projects and finding the best solutions for them
In reward for your hard-work you will enjoy:
A competitive starting salary of £34,000 per annum
PLUS sales commission (OTE £48,000 per annum)
Additional bonus earning based on sales and margins (paid monthly) and a larger bi-annual bonus based on store performance and KPI's
Whilst this showroom is Bathroom & Tile focused, previous industry knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential to this position.
