We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Project Management Intern to support our Director of Special Projects & Portfolio Manager within Talent and Inclusion. This internship is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a curiosity for cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with Monday.com. You will play a vital role in helping align initiatives across teams, maintain excellence in project support, and ensure a world-class experience for our team members.
About the role
Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to t the Director of Special Projects and the Portfolio Manager.
Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings and appointments.
Manage, maintain, and optimize Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, and workflows to support project tracking, team collaboration, and executive reporting.
Serve as a Monday.com subject matter resource, helping teams organize work, track milestones, create reporting structures, and improve process efficiency.
Assist with internal communication efforts, including drafting team emails, compiling presentations, and summarizing initiatives.
Track and follow up on next steps from meetings and strategic discussions by taking notes and managing action items.
Create and maintain project plans, status updates, timelines, and executive dashboards within Monday.com.
Contribute to the creation and organization of team proposals and meeting presentations.
Review incoming items (e.g., email requests, messages, and deadlines) for executive leaders—determine next steps or respond directly on their behalf when appropriate.
Collaborate with internal business areas to align communications and projects across teams.
Conduct light research and analysis to help inform decision-making and strategic planning.
About you
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in technology or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong prioritization skills.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Monday.com, including building boards, creating automations, managing cross-functional projects, generating reports, and maintaining dashboards.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
A self-starter who is highly proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
Passion for talent development, DEI, strategic operations, project management, or organizational development.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders while managing complex projects and competing deadlines.
