• Pay: $16.90 - $36.00 per flat rate hour.
• Schedule: 5-day work week with Sundays and 1 rotating weekday off
• Department Hours: Monday-Friday: 7am-6pm, Saturday: 9am-2pm and Sunday: Closed

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filters, and fluid services.
• Diagnose and complete light mechanical repairs such as brakes, batteries, belts, hoses, and suspension components.
• Perform multi-point inspections and document recommended maintenance or repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify basic vehicle concerns and complete repairs according to Ford standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following dealership and manufacturer procedures.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of automotive technician experience or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.
• Perform maintenance and light-to-medium mechanical repairs independently.
• We prefer experience using diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.
• Identify vehicle issues and complete repairs.
• Work well with technicians and advisors to keep repairs moving.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California Flat Rate pay range for this position is $16.90 - $36.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
