This position will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, helping to drive strategic decision-making within the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.Prepare and present reports that communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with various departments to gather data and clarify analytics needs.Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualisation software.Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Nice to haveExperience with programming languages such as Python or R.Familiarity with machine learning concepts.Previous experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector.
