Description

• Answer and redirect phone calls from the general public.
• Contact victims and witnesses on cases to provide updates.
• Utilize the internal case management system to provide information to the public.
• Upload court documents into appropriate cases in the internal case management system and assign tasks.
• Receive incoming mail and distribute it properly.
• Additional duties as requested.• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have experience using printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• The candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
