Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Business Analyst for a consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions, to be carried out at the client site. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on client projects in a dynamic environment.

Mission Context:

The Tribe Invest & Financial Insurances is responsible for the offer of investment products distributed by the client and develops and maintains end-to-end solutions for their clients in this domain. Experienced Business Analysts with knowledge of Retail, Private Banking, and Securities Handling are needed to support the development of new Investment Services and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute your analysis and collaborate with the product owner and the Squad custody (event and position management).
• Determine the business and functional requirements and the change for SRD 2 compliance.
• Perform impact analysis, detail business, regulatory, legal, and process requirements.
• Refine solutions together with the Product Owner and estimate their costs and business case.
• Ensure that all information is available for the development teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies.
• Regularly report on status at different levels in the Tribe.
• Lead the change activities (launch, go to market, IT release).
• Gather, understand, and challenge the needs of a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, and Compliance).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch & French: Strong written and spoken communication skills in one language with a good understanding of the other.
• English: Main language spoken in the team. Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Business sciences or equivalent business experience.

Certification:

• Certification in Agile methodologies (recommended).

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience covering business analysis and securities handling.

Technical Experience:

• Knowledge of investment products and services (mandatory).
• Experience with (agile) project management (mandatory).
• Experience in business analysis and conversion of ideation into features (mandatory).

Business Experience:

• Experience in leading workshops (mandatory).
• Experience in Securities Handling (mandatory).
• Experience in Retail and Private Banking (mandatory).
