All about the role

As a Specialist  People Data and Payroll Administration you will be a member of People Services &Solutions Team for Small & Medium Countries, supporting employees in Ukraine within HR Services community that provides an HR administation, pre-payroll and payroll services.

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract for 1 year

What will you do?

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with local regulations.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Workday, BAS and other tools).
• Support payroll-related activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related questions.
• Deliver excellent employee experience through timely and high-quality support.
• Handle HR cases via ServiceNow and collaborate with HR experts across the organization.
• Participate in process improvement and HR transformation initiatives.
• Maintain personnel records and files, timekeeping, sick leave administration and statutory reporting requirements.

• Maintaining military records and related reporting requirements.
• Processing pre-payroll activities as required per country, gaining knowledge and support payroll activities

Who you are:

• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation is mandatory.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and intermediate level of English.
• Previous experience in an HR/payroll role or other administrative departments would be an asset
• Previous experience in cooperation with stakeholders on various HR processes will be a strong asset
• Experience in working on HR/payroll systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow) would be an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Word & MS Excel)

You will  be reporting directly to: Manager, People Data and Payroll

Where you will be: You will be based in a modern office in Ivano-Frankivsk next to the plant, which produces slim washing machines of Electrolux, Zanussi and AEG brands.
